Units 1-4

Units 1-4 can sleep a maximum of 6 Guests . It is a two bedroom family suite with a Queen bed in the Master and  additional bedroom with 2 bunks in it. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cook top and convection microwave and contains all utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The  bathroom has toilet shower and basin the hot water comes from instantaneous hot water service so as no one gets the cold shower. In the lounge you have a plasma Tv dvd sterio cd radio and tapes, 2 x 3 seater leather lounges and  coffee tables . In the dining area you have 6 seat dining setting and an additional 4 stool breakfast bar. The unit comes with all linen inc, doonas  pillows and towels. Out doors we have 2 separate BBQ  areas that are equipped with park lpg BBQ's and utensils sinks seating areas and are a great place for groups to meet if you come with other families. The Complex is situated on 2.5 acre property located only a short drive to cowes, minutes walk to beach and 5km from the Phillip island race circuit.

Units 5-6

Unit 5 & 6 can sleep a maximum of 5 Guests . It is a two bedroom luxury spa suite with a Queen bed in the Master and  additional bedroom with a double and single bed in it. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cook top and convection microwave and contains all utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The  bathroom has a corner spa toilet shower and basin the hot water comes from instantaneous hot water service so as no one gets the cold shower. In the lounge you have a plasma Tv dvd sterio cd radio and tapes, 2 x 3 seater leather lounges and  coffee tables . In the dining area you have 6 seat dining setting and an additional 3 stool breakfast bar. The unit comes with all linen inc, doonas  pillows and towels.
