Surf and Circuit is our newly constructed state of the art family orientated holiday resort on the increasingly popular holiday destination 'Phillip Island'. Situated at the quiet end of Cowes with a short stroll to the beach and close to all local attractions We are proud of the unique nature of our resort, which includes all that you would expect of a top quility faclity plus more. We are excited with our resort designer swimming pool created to please both adults & children, with its seperate safe wading pool for toddlers, nice deep end for serious swimming and beautifully landscaped surrounds it is a glorious way to spend the day. We created our playground with children of all ages in mind (we have four of our own!) and then added a tennis court for everyone's enjoyment. Why not join one of our mini tennis tournaments during your stay, if you take home the perpetual trophy you have to promise to come back. Hungry? As well as private cooking facility's within each unit our resort includes two modern covered outdoor BBQ areas complete with hygienic stainless hotplates, untensils, sink and large outdoor settings designed to hold all your family and freinds in one sitting, I can smell sausages cooking. With only 8 Units set among mature palms and beautifully landscaped site of 2.5 acres you can be assured your stay will never be overcrowded. Each unit is diffrent, but they all include Bedrooms with built in robes, open plan living with dining and kitchen, rear patio and sitting area, Plasma TV, undercover parking and private outlook, SPA units are available. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, pets are not permitted and smoking inside any building is prohibited. |

ABOUT PHILLIP ISLAND
Named after Governor Arthur Phillip, Phillip Island in Victoria, Australia, forms a natural breakwater for the shallow waters of Western Port Bay Phillip Island. Phillip Island’s area is approximately 10,000 hectares and 26 kilometers long and 9 kilometers at it’s widest. Phillip Island has 97km of coastline. A 640 meter concrete bridge connects the mainland town Sam Remo with the island town Newhaven in the 2001. Phillip Island’s permanent population was 7071. During the summer, the population of Phillip Island swells to 40,000. Around 60% of Phillip Island is farmland devoted to grazing of sheep and cattle. As part of the bass coast shire, Phillip Island is mainly a tourist destination visited by 3.5 million people annually.The Penguin Parade at Phillip Island Nature Park in which Little Penguins come ashore in groups, attracts visitors from all over the world, who come to see one of the few areas where this species of penguin can be seen. Another popular tourist attraction on Phillip Island is the Seal Rocks, which host the largest colony of fur seals in Australia. At Phillip Island on New Years Eve the island hosts the Pyramid Rock Festival Phillip Island is recognized as having some of the most consistently reliable and varied surf conditions in the country. Phillip Island has hosted various surf events in the past, such as the Rip Curl Pro in 2005 and the Roxy Pro Women's Surfing Festival.
